Meet Amanda Meyer, Owner of A Zen Space. She is a licensed professional counselor, yoga instructor, and trauma expert with over a decade of experience in mental health. Amanda's passion lies in guiding individuals through trauma recovery, helping them forge paths filled with purpose, joy, and healthy relationships. Specializing in EMDR, TFCBT, CBT, solution-focused therapy and deeply rooted in somatic processing. Amanda empowers clients to navigate life's toughest challenges. Cierra Tygart, a recent graduate from Eastern Kentucky University and newly Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. Cierra specializes in trauma work, CBT, DBT, Play Therapy. Cierra is committed to supporting clients under Amanda Morris, M.Ed., LPCC, NCC & Nikki Hanshaw, M.Ed., LPCC-S supervision for the next two years before obtaining independent licensure.
